Manchester is home to one of the most visible and lively gay communities in England. This small city boasts an active and flashy gay population that holds one of the largest pride celebrations in the world. Gay life in Manchester is located around the Gay Village. In this part of the city, Canal Street is a highly visible gay culture hotspot with gay bars, clubs and other amenities for the guys. There are plenty of places to meet other guys in Manchester and some of the bars even have policies about having a strictly gay clientele.
